Our Coaches are the best in the business when it comes to CrossFit & Weight Lifting training, each coach is a highly qualified fitness expert, that is here to work hard for you & help you not just achieve, but utterly smash your fitness goals!
All of our CrossFit coaches bring together years if not decades of training and fitness experience for you to learn and draw upon while training with us. We refer to our coaching as highly motivational, you will get fitter with us, you will lose weight with us, you will get stronger, leaner & meaner with us, simply because you will be having fun and enjoying your training again, making new exciting lifetime long friends & partners in health and well being.
All of our coaches are available for personal training sessions, just visit their profile page where you will have the option to email them requesting personal training details. Coaches set their own rates for personal training, so it’s important to contact them and discuss your fitness needs on a one to one basis.
Unit 27 commits itself every day to providing quality strength & conditioning and advanced fitness training here in Phuket, Thailand. In a perfect world we would not need rules, sadly we have yet to achieve this end, so here our are Gym & Session rules for training with us. Leave your ego at the door! Be early. If you’re not early, you’re late. Give yourself enough time to sign in, change, and work on your specific mobility needs before class starts.
