Push Yourself Harder Than Ever Before With CrossFit Advanced
If you have been a CrossFitter for a while or you are feeling like our other CrossFit classes are not enought to really get you pumped, than this is the class you want to join.
This class is for intermediate and advanced CrossFit students you will need a good understanding of all basic movements, Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Swings and gymnastics, etc and at least some beginner level Olympic Lifting. In the class there will be no demos on basic stuff only on progressions and Only on some lifts.
The advanced CrossFit class as stated above will focus on polishing of movements you have already learned and the advanced techniques in which you can employ to smash through any personal best you currently have. This class is about moving forward, never backwards, our elite coaches will work with you every step of the way in Advanced CrossFit to ensure you are employing all the right movements and muscles to safely jump, lift, squat and push more than you ever could before!
